HR - Talent Acquisi on Specialist

Job Purpose: We are looking to hire a passionate Talent Acquisi on Specialist, who will be
responsible for hiring across different geographies. The ideal candidate is a self mo vated, go-ge er
with impeccable communica on skills, and is ready to work in a fast-paced and challenging
environment.

Key responsibili es:

Overview: To provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from applica on
stage to offer, evalua ng skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including
reference checks, salary recommenda ons, and closing of candidates.

The main KRAs are (but not limited to):

● Coordina ng with business managers to iden fy staffing needs

● Developing sourcing strategy and source poten al candidates through various portals and
channels
● Reviewing job applica ons to iden fy high-poten al candidates
● Screening / Conduc ng interviews with talent to assess their fitment to the company and the
role
● Designing job descrip ons and interview ques ons that reflect each posi on’s requirements
● Foster long-term rela onships with past applicants and poten al candidates
● Keeping candidates- informa on updated in Turing's pla orm
● Providing feedback and following up with candidates
● Lead employer branding ini a ves
● Regularly monitoring and growing Turing's Talent pipeline.

Skills and Qualifica ons:

Must have:
● Proven work experience of at least 1 year as a Talent Acquisi on Specialist or similar role
● Gradua on in any stream is required (MBA in HR will be preferred)
● Hands-on experience with end to end recruitment cycle using various interview techniques
and evalua on methods
 ● Experience closing senior level candidates and nego a ng complex compensa on packages
leveraging experience with compe ng for top tech talent (Good to have experience)
● Solid history of solving complex problems and delivering significant impact as an individual
contributor. A track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and
proven organiza onal skills with a en on to detail
● Excellent verbal, wri en communica on and interpersonal skills
● Strong decision-making & nego a on skills
● Hungry for career growth

Employment Type: Full-Time/Permanent

Workdays: 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)

(Working Hours: Must be able to overlap 3-4 hours with US me zone, since our major stakeholders
are based out of US)
