1. Drawing from your teaching experience/s, what so far is your most impactful
learning experience, and what made it so?
Based on my teaching experience/s the most impactful learning for me is that I
should be open for changes. I should embrace and accept changes for me to keep up
with the flow in life. One more is that I should accept mistakes and never fix that
mistake with another mistake. I should think and do the right decision for me to go
with the right path. Experiences is the best learning in life.

2. What actions are you taking to develop more your students learning,
integrating 21st Century Education/Skills?
The actions I’m taking to develop more my students learning in integrating 21 st
Century Education is, First, I should prepare myself as a teacher and as a learner. I am
teaching and also I should be open for new learnings. Second, I should attend trainings
and seminars or like what I’m doing now, I’m taking my master units to upgrade
myself as an educator.

3. How are we doing to prepare the future generations to thrive in this changing
landscape? 
We should prepare an empowered students that can apply their learning in real
life. We should teach them not only the content of the books but also skills that they
need to survive in life. I do believe in what Dr. Jose Rizal said that “Ang kabataan ang
pag-asa ng Bayan”. We educators needs to mold the future generations. We need to
shaped the lives of our learners.
