TIMBREZA, This is in connection with our moating lat 18 August 2021 regarding the Resumpiion Werks on the above mentioned project. ‘As per agreed recommendations, below are our strategies and actions to be undertaken, to wit: 41, The 1® Floor Area of the Municipal Evacuation Center is beng utiized as Isolation / Quarantine Area for COVID 19 patients, To avoid contamination, the stairway towards the 2 flor willbe locked for safety an possible entry of workers. 2. temporary entry route / opening wil be constructed at the back portion of the building for entry of workers towards the work area on the 2 floor with no physical cortact wil be made beween the workers and the patients 3. The COVID 19 patients being isolated at the 1* floor area will transferred as soon as other isolation facies in Pamparga and unil the approval ofthe two(2) local Isoltion/Quarantine facilities (Rosario Memorial Hospital and Golden Sky Hotel) for mild and asymptomatic patients, Please see attached Sketch Plan of the temporary route entry and photos of the area for your reference.
