-you can use drive on your computer or mobile device to securely upload files and edit them online.
-drive also makes it easy for others to edit and collaborate on files.
-google drive gives you the power to upload and save a range of file types.
-drive can serve as a backup solution, or as away to free up space on your device.
-one drive’s best features is its integration with Google’s office suite of could-native apps.

google.

-an idea that, with an always-on internet connection, you can get more done and do things that weren’t
possible before.
-instead of storing files or even programs on your local hard drive, you access them whenever you need
them from the internet.

-changes to a documents in google docs are synced to the “cloud” near instantaneously.
-nobody needs to make duplicate copies of the same fille to get it from one place to another.

-a spreadsheet program included as part of the free, web-based google docs office suite offered by
google within its google drive service.
-google sheets is an online spreadsheet app that lets you create and format spreadsheets and work with
other people.
-google sheets can be used for everything from basic calculations to sophisticated data analysis.

Editing
-one of the key features of google sheets is that it allows collaborative editing of spreadsheets in real-
time.
-users can see every change made by other collaborators, and all changes are automatically saved to
google servers.

-there are number of business and personal templates in google sheets that provide just a few examples
of how sheets can be used.

-google sheets ca be integrated with other google products such as google form, google translate, and
google drawings.
-for example, if you want to create a poll or questionnaire, you can input the questions in google forms,
and then import the google forms into google sheets.

-the named sets of rows and columns making up your spreadsheet; one spreadsheet can have multiple
sheets.
