PRESENTATION

I. GOAL:

1. Redevelop your selected case study


(subdivision/village/town) in ​response to COVID-19

II. OBJECTIVES:
a. To develop maps by showing existing condition of the site for analysis
b. To adopt a Planning theory in redefining the site in response to COVID-19 pandemic.
c. To apply responsive architecture’s elements and merge proposed guidelines for it
to be executed.

II.REQUIREMENTS:
1. Mapping Existing condition: site inventory (physical, environmental, cultural)
2. Swot analysis of existing site

3. Choose ​Planning Theory​ and explain why it is applicable to your site. Provide the
theoretical framework and how is it going to be applied to your case study
4. Provide schematic bubble diagrams of zoning of spaces ​(residential, commercial, open
spaces and covid spaces.)

5. Translate the bubble diagram into​ legit MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN (new design)
freehand drawing is highly encouraged!

6. ​For Responsive Architecture​: select areas for the application of the 7 elements. Show
blow up drawings and perspectives​. Provide guidelines for each element.

7. Layout like magazine type. ​(inclusive of FRONT COVER, TABLE OF CONTENTS, INTRODUCTION,
AND THE LIKES) ​ Output layout, style and sizes must be discussed within the group.
8. Provide video group presentation using any application showcasing the case study. Avoid
reading your slides. Maximum of 15-20 minutes. Each member is required to talk on the
presentation.
9. Provide list of references in APA Format.
10. Output is open to any medium of presentation.
