Howard: Great. There is a minimum balance of $100. You can also open a checking
with no minimum balance.

Susan : May I have information on the types of checking accounts? I am a student and
would like to avoid fees.

Howard: Here is a pamphlet with all the types. I can answer any questions as well.

Susan : Thanks.

Asking a Question

Howard : Is this the customer service desk?

Susan : Yes it is. How may I help you?

Howard :I would like to open an investment account. How good is your interest?

Susan : The current interest rate is 1.5% to 4% depending on the specific account.
