Affidavit of MR. SAMRIDH NEGI S/o Mr. SARVENDRA SINGH NEGI age 21 years R/o SC
Boss Hostel, Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun, Uttarakhand I the above named student,
solemnly affirm and swear as under:-
1- That my name and address as mentioned above is correct.
2- That, I am a bonafide student in the course of ……………………..(……………..) session
………………………….and now studying in ………………year (IV Semester).
3- That I have been debarred for appearing …………….Examination ………………… on
account of shortage of attendance as required under rules in the following subjects.:-

4. That request the administration to conduct special classes at least for 30 lectures for
which I shall pay the fee @ 1000/- per theory / practical subject.
5. That I assure you to maintain more than 70% attendance in the special classes and I
clearly understand that if I fail to do so, I may not be granted permission for appearing in
the special examination for debarred students for which I shall be solely responsible.
6. That, if fail to attain 70’% attendance in the debarred classes and not permitted to
appear in the back paper examination then I have to re-register for debarred classes as
and when notified in the next semester, for re-registration I abide to pay Rs. 5000/- per
theory/practical subjects. This may be treated as last chance for attending the debarred
classes.
7. That I request the administration to conduct the special examination so that we may
have no difficulty in getting our degree completed or avail the opportunity of employment
or taking admission in the next semester.
8. That I have clearly understood the provisions of University regulations and I am bound to
comply by them.

2- That, I am a bonafide student in the course of B.Com. (H) session 2016-2019 and now
studying in 2018 year (VI Semester).
3- That I have been debarred for appearing B.Com(H) IVth Examination 2017 on account
