As an individual and as a grown up, we are being bombarded of so many things and

priorities especially for ourselves and our family. Recently, I bought a 300 square meter lot to. It

was quite costly but I have considerations too before deciding to buy that real property.

When my neighbor offered that lot for sale, I determined myself if I can use that in the

present or in the future or whether I can benefit from that or not. Considering that its value

doesn’t depreciate, that added my conviction to buy that particular parcel of land.

Further, I double checked the property whether that was with legal title and if my

ownership would be clean and unequivocal. We should not invest into something we are

unsure or else we will be wasting our money for nothing. That would be a great loss then.

Thorough evaluation on the property before acquiring must be made and that would help as

you come up with your final decision.

The parcel of land I bought was a wise and good investment since its purpose does not

only serve for a short period time instead for a longest of time as long as my ownership still

exists. As we decide, we have to have considerations. It is not good to hastily jump into

conclusions. We have to assess whether a certain thing or possession is necessary before

procurement. Make wise choices especially in spending your money. Bear in mind to invest

wisely and you will reap good results.
