Sub: Online submission of Examination Form for Regular students (A. Y. 2021-2022).

All students of S. E. Sem. III (CBCGS-HME), T. E. (Sem. V) (CBCGS-H), B. E. (Sem. VII) (CBCGS-H)
(All Branches) and M. E. (Sem. III) (CBCGS-2019) (All Branches) are hereby informed to take a printout of
Examination Form from the college website (https://www.tcetmumbai.in/examnotification.html) for the
examinations to be held in Second half of 2021 (for Odd Semesters). Duly filled exam form along with all
previous semesters grade cards / Provisional grade card should be uploaded in the link of google form as
given below:

All eligible students appearing for Exams are requested to follow below mentioned steps

1. Download the Exam Form from (https://wv,w.tcehnumbai.in/examnotification.html).


2. Fill the details in the Exam form. Prepare single PDF file of exam form and all previous semesters
grade cards. Size of PDF file should be less than 10 MB.
3. Rename PDF file as given in below format.

BE/B. Tech/ ME branch year _ semester division roll number Name (Surname_First
Name_Father's Name_Mother's Name)

e.g:- 1. BE_COMP_Second Year_III_A_12_Mehta Ravi Rajesh Reena

4. Fill the details in google form & upload the PDF.


5. Submit google form.
6. Dates for Examination Form submission with late fee are as follows:
