The leadership of the ANC Staff

Association has requested those of us as
ANC staff, who are ready to bring criminal
charges against the National Of ce
Bearers of the ANC, to hold back with the
action that we intended to take today. We
have been requested to give the collective
bargaining process that they are engaged
in a last, desperate, chance.

The Complaint Statement that we have prepared to le at the Johannesburg

Central Police Station today is ready, and so is our team of attorneys.

However, we have agreed to postpone today’s action of laying criminal charges,

and to give the urgent engagements that are scheduled for today between the ANC
Staff Association and the National Of ce Bearers of the ANC, a chance to proceed.
Depending on the outcomes thereof, we will decide on what our further course of
action will be.
