● They would also learn about the network of organs and tissues that help us
breathe

● Classwork copy

Introduction & warm-up (10 minutes):

● Start the class by reminding them what they have learned in the previous class
● They would also have a quick review of the previous topics

Student/teacher activity (30 minutes)

● Show them the Youtube video on the Respiratory system
● Next, discuss the Respiratory system, and the organs that are responsible for
humans to breathe
● The teacher would show them a PowerPoint Presentation file for better
understanding
● After that, the teacher would draw a diagram of the respiratory system and indicate
every component of it
● And would also explain every phase of gas exchange, and breathing and thus how
the respiratory system produces sound and the sense of smell
Assessment (10 minutes):
● Ask them to come one by one to the board- roll wise and to explain the
components of the respiratory system, from the diagram projected on the board
