Dear Customer,

Skyjack policy is to fully support all service bulletins for 5 years from the original date of
issue. The attached service Bulletin was originally released to all owners of these units
more than 5 years ago.

We do continue to encourage our customer to complete any and all outstanding

bulletins, but Skyjack will no longer be responsible for any costs incurred.

The requisite components to complete this bulletin may be obsolete and need to be
sourced outside our standard supply chain. These parts may not be available at former
list pricing. Further, some components may no longer be available by any means. In the
case of safety related service bulletins, the absence of proper components could lead
to Skyjack recommending that the unit be permanently removed from service.

If you have any questions with respect to this policy, please call Skyjack at 1-800-275-
9522. You may e-mail any questions to service@skyjack.com.

Best Regards,

Brad Boehler, P.Eng, Vice President, Engineering
