Antiviral Protocol For Adults 22-3-2021
1) Vitamin D:
Take 50,000IU per week i.e. BioD3 25 000 IU, 1 capsule twice/week OR NuD3 OR Maxi D
10 000 IU, 1 capsule 5x/week. These supplements can be purchased from regular
pharmacies.
2) Vitamin C:
o on regular days: please take 1000mg three times a day (i.e. Liposomal vitamin C
500 mg by Zenwise 2 capsules morning, 2 capsules noon and 2 capsules
afternoon OR Ester C 1000 mg 1 capsule morning, 1 capsule at noon and 1
capsule in the afternoon. Purchased through Amazon, iHerb, Dermapro or big
pharmacies.
3) Selenium:
Selenomethionine 200mcg by Solgar or pure encapsulations, 1 capsule daily at noon;
Purchased through Amazon, iHerb, Dermapro.
4) Zinc:
Zinc picolinate 22 mg by Solgar or Zinc 30 by pure encapsulations or Maxi Zinc 25mg by
Green Made, 1 capsule in the evening; Purchased through Amazon, iHerb, Dermapro.
5) Quercetin:
Quercetin 250mg, 1 capsule twice daily
6) NAC:
NAC 600mg by Now or Kal or Solgar, 1 capsule in the evening
This should be taken by anyone who has mucus and is above 2 years old.
Colchicine: 0.5mg twice daily for 3 days, then 0.5mg daily for 27 days
Lugol’s Iodine Solution 2% (from Pharmacie Hotel Dieu): draw a hashtag (#) on the back,
on the side of the lungs from the back
Ivermectin: 0.2 mg/kg per dose * Take one dose daily, minimum of 2 days, continue
daily until recovered (maximum 5 days in a row). This should be taken 1 hour before a
meal

Do Foot Bath: Place a handful of salt in hot water; Immerse both foot,
ankle-high into water for 6 minutes; Then immerse the pale foot (Not Red) alone
for 3 minutes.
Get Pulse Oximeter and monitor your oxygen (92% plus is good)
Avoid eating sugar, cow dairy and cold foods/drinks during this period
Weigh yourself daily to monitor weight loss due to dehydration and illness
The following are the tests to be done during the infection: CBC platelets, BUN,
Creatinine, SGOT, SGPT, G-GT, Alkaline Phosphatase, LDH, CRP, ESR, Lp(a), Cortisol
(8AM), PT PTT, Fibrinogen, D-Dimers, Pro-BNP (if shortness of breath), ProCalcitonin (if
symptoms are severe), EKG troponin (if chest pain), CPK, CK-MB, and Troponin T (if
chest pain) and CT angiogram of chest
