Job Summary

As a member of the company's Security & Voice Services team, the & Security Engineer will be
responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of the company's internal , including
customer-facing hosted and cloud environment. The NSE ( and security engineer) will perform the
necessary planning, analysis and design tasks related to the development of an overall architecture for
the company. The NSE will partner and work closely with key strategic vendors, service providers as well
as IT application solution architects to plan, design &/or challenge the security of the application
architecture approaches that support cross-functional business needs and align with longer term best
practice standards and viable technology roadmaps.

Job Description Overview

As a member of the company k, Security & Voice Services team, the & Security Engineer will be
responsible for maintaining the design and integrity of the company's internal , including
customer-facing hosted and cloud environment. The NSE will perform the necessary planning, analysis
and design tasks related to the development of an overall architecture for the company. The NSE will
partner and work closely with key strategic vendors, service providers as well as IT application solution
architects to plan, design &/or challenge the security of the application architecture approaches that
support cross-functional business needs and align with longer term best practice standards and viable
technology roadmaps.

Responsibilities

•Hands-on experience and a thorough understanding of routing protocols specifically BGP, OSPF and
EIGRP.

•In depth knowledge of IP s based on multi-vendor environments is required including Cisco (routing &
switching) and Palo Alto (security)

•Enterprise support, architecture, design, and implementation

•Design and configuration of Virtual Private s (VPN) connected through Enterprise WAN

•Corporate support, architecture, design, and implementation

•Consultation on internal customer design requests

•Creates and maintains standards surrounding documentation related to and security processes,
procedure and infrastructure.
•Assists various IT departments with design, implementation and troubleshooting of and security
technologies.

•Provide and security guidance and requirements to technology teams when no solution is currently
available Establish & security architecture best suited to support business applications.

•Assist with change management procedures related to & security infrastructure

•Produce monthly metric reports on & security performance

•Manage and act as a contact for & security related vendors

•Ensure service level agreements align with business expectations

•Lead projects in terms of requirements gathering, scope determination, budget and schedule
management.

•Establish, document and maintain technical requirements for positions, processes for & security
problem reporting/resolution as well as plans for disaster recovery and business continuity

•Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership of new and different
requests

Requirements

•4+ years of dedicated & security experience with Palo Alto.

•4+ years of and/or security administration experience or equivalent combination of work and
educational experiences.

•4+ years designing and implementing and/or security solutions.

•Experience working with Payment Card Industry (PCI) and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) regulations.

•Current Palo Alto Attributed Certified Engineer (ACE)

•Advanced knowledge of and security technologies and concepts.
