I. Introduction

This business is about selling products and delicacies of the province. To promote
and preserve our native foods, beliefs, and customs.

I.1 Proposed Name of the business

After discussing about the proposed name of the business, we decide to name our
company as TANTE’s DELI.co. TANTE’s DELI.co is a local and newly established
business in our province, naming it after our grandfather’s name. It is a sign of our
love and respect to him.

I.2 Address of the Business

TANTE’s DELI.co is at Pastrana Proper, Leyte. A walking distance in our


barangay.

I.3 Name of the Owner/Owners

TANTE’s DELI.co is owned by our family.

I.4 Description of the Business

The business intends to venture into a souvenir shop and delicacies store. The
business name is TANTE’s DELI.co. This business aim to sell products and
delicacies in town and in the province.

I.5 Location of the Business

TANTE’s DELI.co is located in the Pastrana Proper, Leyte; in front of Municipal


Hall, beside Rizal Park which is well known in Pastrana. Pastrana Proper is the main
shopping and market place in the town. Furthermore, TANTE’s DELI.co is
surrounded by many stores such as Big Mac Stall, Palawan Pawnshop, small
restaurant and canteen, and many more. It is also near at the basketball court where
many adolescents and men were playing basketball. When fiesta has come, we can
see decorations and different activities which is very beneficial to the business. The
business is growing rapidly because these places are always visited by people.

I.6 Funding Requirements and Source

The capital of the business is the money it has available to pay for its day – to –
day operations, the money invested in a business to purchase assets, and to funds its
future growth. It includes all goods that are made or created by humans and used for
producing goods and services. We decided to start first in a small store/stall and to
contribute what we can to start a business. If it can’t reach the right capital, we
decided the plan B which apply a loan in card association.

II. Executive Summary

This business is about selling products and delicacies of the province. The
ultimate impact and objective of the business is design is to achieve and preserve the
culture and traditions like promoting our delicacies.
After discussing about the proposed name of the business, we decide to name our
company as TANTE’s DELI.co. TANTE’s DELI.co is a local and newly established
business in our province, naming it after our grandfather’s name. It is a sign of our
love and respect to him.
Delicacies are the foods best known in a place or province. It’s the identity of one
province and their best to offer to tourist. The project’s goal is to promote our
delicacies such as moron, suman latik, and binagol. In this way, we are able to
preserve and supports our customs and traditions.
This business is located in Pastrana Proper, Pastraa Leyte across Rizal Park and in
front of Municipal Hall. Surrounded by many stores and near the basketball court
where many are playing and visiting. The target market / customers are the Filipinos,
tourists, and others.

III. Environmental Analysis

TANTE’s DELI.co have many obstacles and hindrances through its success.
There are competitors who are in their top success. Competitors are everywhere and
knows more about selling and entrepreneur. There might be a possibility that their
products and business would fail.

However, there is also a possibility that the business would success. Customers
might support and avail the products and services being served and sell. The
company could also do retail and wholesale to get and achieve its ultimate goal.
Being in a top business and entrepreneur is a big impact to the business / company.

IV. Business Description


TANTE’s DELI.co aim to support and preserve our native customs and traditions
in its full success. Also, has a purpose to protect and promote in buying and availing
our own delicacies. This business is going to sell some delicacies such as binagol,
moron, and suman latik. It is also aim to sell souvenirs and other products that reflect
our province customs and beliefs.
We are going to have our own recipe and will think of a secret recipe that will
catch customer’s attention. We will make binagol, moron, and suman latik something
special and will do it with love and affection. We aim to pass the happiness and love
that we give in producing this foods and products to those who will avail and
purchase it.
TANTE’s DELI.co to dream and aspire to be in top and successful entrepreneur
someday.

V. Organizational Plan
The management system is designed to cope with the mission of the business. It
shows how the enterprise divided into its responsibilities assigned to every
department / person. The starting personnel will be responsible in running the
business and make sure its success.
Other assigned personnel are responsible in the production and operation system.
Some is for financing and managing the whole business.

VI. Production Plan


TANTE’s DELI.co requires material and equipment needed in the business before
starting the operation. These materials and equipment are essential to run and
manage the business. We’ll verify and assure that the products will be special. The
recipes are original, tasteful, and very healthy.

VII. Operational Plan


Our business will ensure that any services rendered to a customer must be
satisfied beyond and reasonable doubts. We will do our best to the fullest to give
what the customers are expected to.

VIII. Marketing Plan


Marketing Plan is the ability to build a growing body of satisfied customers and
improve the company. TANTE’s DELI.co could have and admired to have different
customers around the city and in the whole world.
Different tactics will be applied in selling, those loyal customers especially who
buy the products and services in bulk will have a discount. Advertisement like
posting online and giving flyers will be conducted to call the attention of the
customers.

IX. Financial Plan


It is the ability to ensure proper operation of the business. The estimated capital
for the first three years is Php 200,000. This will be managing wisely in managing
and building the business.
