Justification
1st According to Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs, a
need to have a secured body health is under 1 st
level of hierarchy of need. Therefore, it must
be prioritized among all the problems that are
being found. Hyperthermia needs to be
addressed first because unable to maintain the
body healthy and in homeostasis, might lead
to deficit problems, same with the infection
and must need immediate attention and
intervention. Thus it delays activity and
work.

According to Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs,
this falls again under the 2nd level of
hierarchy of needs which Is safety and need.
However we put this as our 2 prioritization

problem because it highly affects the lifestyle
of the client. It also affects the sleeping and
nutrition pattern. This also needs immediate
attention and intervention.
Impaired skin integrity r/t 3rd
According to Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs, it
surgical incision as evidenced also falls under 2 level of the hierarchy of

by open cholecystectomy needs which is safety need. We put this as

operation in RUQ our 3 prioritization problem due to the fact;

of the moment and the wounds from surgery
will eventually heal in the process.

This will fall to our 4 priority because

abdominal pain as evidenced according to Maslow’s, physiological needs

by open  cholecystectomy have to be satisfied first. This is to satisfy his
operation physiological needs.
