The food that I eat is gives me less energy that a need. Milk gives
me the highest calories which means it gives me more energy to keep me
going for the day.

Why it is essential of having a healthy and productive daily routine for our
body and at your home?
People nowadays value a healthy lifestyle and productive living
because of the covid-19. They believe that being healthy will somehow
protect them from the virus or if in effected they will be able to overcome
the disease.
We are told to take care of our body by eating healthy food such
as vegetables, fruits and others that would make our body and
particularly our immune system to be strong.
Exercise is also a great help in keeping our body moving. Exercise
also helps our brain to function very well specially in our studies.
We see that anything that we eat affects our body’s functions and
purpose in our lives in helping us move, think, breath and others. And by
moving our body helps us to have a strong body structure that helps us to
keep our balance.
