SUBJECT REITERATION ON THE SUBMISSION OF LET A MILLION

FLOWERS BLOOM PROJECT DOCUMENTATION REPORT

Pursuant to OUA Memorandum No. 00-0821-0111 titled Registration and Submission of Reports for the
Back to School: Let a Million Flowers Bloom Project, this Division would like to reiterate the submission
of Let a Million Flowers Bloom Project Documentation Report preferably in pdf or video format through
Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-0) Advisers and School Inside a Garden (SIGA)
Program Coordinators on or before September 12,2021 via email at vfp@depeddasma.edu.ph and upload
it to the following given links:

YES-O Advisers and SIGA Program Coordinators are expected to highlight the before, during, and after
activities documentation photos in the said report and post it on their official school Facebook pages or

• #YouthFormationDasma
• #depedkabataan2021

DepEd Tayo- Youth Formation -Dasmariüas City Facebook Page (@YouthFormationDasma) shall
be tagged as well for monitoring purposes. Photos should also be posted on the "BLSS-YFD-School in a
Garden" Channel of the "OUA School Photos" Microsoft Team.
