Free Surface Correction in Final Condition is 0.155 m.

Q 2 A Vessel floating in Salt water has a displacement

8275 Tons , KG 8.3 m & KM 9.3 m.
She has 2 deep tanks, Port & Stbd, each being 9m long,
6.1m wide & 7.7 m deep.
The Port tank is full of SW ballast and Stbd tank is
empty. Ballast is Transferred from PORT to STBD until both
are equal level.
Calculate the final GM Fluid.
