of nausea, vomiting and headache (on off type) for 5 months.

Past history:

 No history of external manifestation of lupus.
 She was diagnosed with renal failure 1 year ago, but follow
up was not done.

Hg – 7.0gm/dL
DC – N=46, L=40, E=4
Peripheral smear- Microcytic hypochromatic anemia

Creatinine= 7.2mg/dL

Sugar nil
RBC plenty
Pus 5-7 cells
24hrs urine protein: 950mg/day
Urine C&S no growth
HbsAg, Anti-HCV, HIV: negative
Complement C3 & C4: 45.30 & 21.05mg/dL respectively
USG abdomen: Normal sized kidney
