NARRATIVE REPORT

As a compliance for the completion of the 120 days School-Based Feeding Program pursuant to
Division Memorandum No.269, S.2018 “Approved Double Feeding from December 15-19, 2018”, the
following teachers voluntarily conducted the said program: Fernandina R. Canda, Erma Narcisa B.
Canlas, Jemima Joy S. Antonio and Noemie B. Canlas.

The food that was prepared was based from the DepEd Cycle Menu, Tinolang Manok for
December 17, Pochero for December 18, and Shanghai for December 19.
