STATEMENT OF PURPOSE

I'm Don Jose, a 25-year-old s/o p.v. Jose. My education was finished in Kerala, India.
In 2018, I received my Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Christ
The King Engineering College in Coimbatore. Aside from the institution, I worked as
a junior project engineer at Cochin Shipyard for a company called Gears and Wheels,
which plays an essential role in moulding academics into its actions and
responsibilities, and where I found organising a project schedule to be particularly
challenging. I have three years of experience in the fields of engineering and
management. During the periods of May 2018 and July 2021, while working for this
company, I realised that my existing knowledge and level of education were
insufficient for a brighter future, so I resigned from the company and began looking
for a better course at a reputable institution.
During my bachelor's degree, I interned at Cochin Shipyard Ltd. Football, cricket, and
other sports excite and interest me. However, it was at this point that I considered
adding a new skill to my resume in order to expand my job options. As a result, I may
be efficient enough to succeed in the future. I imagined that the knowledge I would get
would benefit me in the future and would make a significant contribution to my own
country.

I have formed a strong urge to pursue a management master's degree. I made it a point
throughout my academic career to develop a solid comprehension of concepts and an
understanding of their conceptual implications. Engineers have already been trained in
a set of abilities that will help them shine in their careers. As a result, this degree will
prepare you to work as an Engineer. The problem that Project Engineers have in
completing tasks in their working lives is the driving force for my decision to obtain
an MSc in project Management.
My desire to work as a project engineer arose from my past experiences with strong
organising abilities from my institution and the ability to convey design and plan
concepts at the right time and at the right place with amazing instinct. I have a lot of
experience with both generating skills and management forging during my highschool
and undergraduate studies.

As a result, I chose to pursue a master's degree in project management. I discovered

that taking a master's degree from another country would allow me to learn about other
cultures and meet new people. As a result, I considered shifting my emphasis to other
countries.
I looked at living expenditures and other important factors before deciding on a college.
Furthermore, the main thing I kept in mind was that the tuition amount had to be within
my financial means. Then I discovered that Germany has a plethora of good colleges
with reasonable tuition fees and moderate living costs. University of the West of
Scotland informed me about the MSc in project Management programme. After going
through this programme, the syllabus appears to be very hard, and the course is
expected to have a lot of future chances.
I am eager to develop my foundation of knowledge in the principles and practices of
engineering further, learning from world-renowned instructors while interacting with
top students from around the world always attracted to the field of engineering.

University of the West of Scotland has highly trained professionals who give attention
to individual students. I realised that this course would help me in every way to carve
a good future for me in maintaining a project . where I would like to build a career.

This course is a One year master’s program and the fees for this particular program
are affordable. One more thing that attracted me to take up this course in United
Kingdom is that I will be able to learn new culture and to explore a truly different life.
I anticipate having highly practical engineering abilities and the flexibility needed to
function in international contexts after completing this degree. My career goal is to
have the skills to successfully manage business projects for long-term profitability and
engagement in order to secure a successful project outcome. I will be able to improve
my professional abilities in the engineering and technical fields, which will help me
advance in my job. In the field of engineering, I will be competitive, and I will be able
to obtain expertise knowledge.

I will be competitive enough in the field of engineering and I will be able to gain
expertise knowledge. University of the West of Scotland epitomizes a vibrant academic
community, rich, diverse in its field of study and dynamic in its freedom for
explanation. Especially there my area of specialisation is flourishing. This is why I look
forward to the selection and admission committees to turn my passion into concrete
abilities.
