Dear Pradeep Kumar,

With reference to your application and subsequent interview you had with us, we are pleased to
offer you an appointment in “GROUPFIT INSURANCE BROKERS PVT LTD.” to be based at “Noida”.
You will be designated as “Territory Sales Officers” at location ‘Coimbatore’. You will look after
assigned Districts under you in “Tamilnadu” at time of Joining. Your appointment will be subject
to the general terms and conditions as specified in the enclosed Annexure 1.

 You will join duty on 16th Mar, 2021

 You have to submit copies of your Academics (10th,12th and higher studies if any)
 We are working on Bring Your Own Device Policy(BYOPC)

Annexure 1

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

We are very happy to inform you that you have been selected for the position of Territory Sales
Officer.

You will be on one year probation period, you will be expected to fulfil all the duties and
responsibilities assigned to you by the Manager, who will also be the person whom you will be
reporting. As a Territory Sales Officers, you will be entitled for a starting salary of Rs.13,500 per
month.

We would also like to inform you that during this period, you will not be entitled for any other kind
of monetary benefits other than one casual leave a month.

In case you plan to leave the company during the period of one year, you will be required to serve a
notice period of two weeks.
