    SUBJECT: Quarterly Maintenance for Montego Bay Regional Office Compound, A.C. Units
    and nearby Properties Lots 1, 3 & 147A, Albion Heights, St. James

    Your necessary approval is being sought for expenditure of funding for the captioned
    maintenance works in the amount of Five Hundred and Eighty-Seven Thousand Dollars ($
    587,000.00). The budgetary request for this activity was approved this financial year
    2015/2016) for the Montego Bay Regional Office in the amount of One Million Five Hundred
    Thousand Dollars ($1,500,000.00). These activities will be maintained during the fiscal year
    2015/2016. Please see details in the table below and copy of attached approve maintenance
    budget for the Montego Bay Regional Office.

    Please note:

    i. Two Hundred and Seventy-One Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Nine Dollars and Sixty-
    Five Cents ($271,849.65) has already been approved for expenditure to undertake
    refurbishing works on the kitchen.

    ii. Funding available is One Million, Two Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand One Hundred
    Fifty Dollars and Thirty-Five Cents (1,228,150.35).

    iii. After this current expenditure of funding is approved, there will be Six Hundred Forty-
    One Thousand One Hundred Fifty Dollars and Thirty-Five Cents ($641,150.35)
    remaining in the budget for the captioned Office.
