Sage Ambassador Program

Introduction
Sage Student Ambassador Program is a campus connect
program that aims to form a community of like -minded students
across Group and all over India.

The program facilitates and nurtures the skills to contribute to

your career growth. We want to empower, strengthen and
groom select students across India who will serve as Sage
community specialists, brand evangelists and experts in their
respective institutions.
 Implementation Verticals

• Sagar Group of Institutions (SIRT, SIRTS, SIRTE, SIRTP, SIRTSP)

• Sage University Indore
• Sage University Bhopal
 Eligibility Criteria for Sage Ambassador

1. He/She should be the students of the SAGE

Group.
2. He/She should be connected with SAGE Group
or selected or nominated by SAGE Group
Management .
 Selection of Ambassadors
1. Self-nominations call by students by promoting above features.
2. Self-Motivated person.
3. Academic should be above 70%. OR >7 CGPA
4. Leadership Quality.
5. Good Communication Skill and smart.
6. Marketing and networking Skills.
7. Nominated by Head of the Department/Institute/School/
Management Authority with the concern of Executive Directors
of the Group.
 Interview Round.
1. Fill the Nominations form.
2. Nominations form will have an option to know their
hobbies or Interest.
3. Personal Interview will be done and then the
Ambassador will be assigned a task.
 Duration of the Sage Ambassador
The duration of the Sage Ambassador will of One Year.
He/she can be extended if the Executive Council found
him/her suitable for it.
After a year new nominations must be taken to promote
and search new Good Ambassador. Old ambassador too
can participate in that.
 Termination of the Sage Ambassador

The Sage Ambassador can be terminated on the following condition:

1. If he/she found Indiscipline.
2. If not fulfilling the motive of the program.
3. If not taking part in the activities.
4. If he/she failed in any semester

 Types of Sage Ambassador

Sage Ambassador will be following Categories

1. Platinum
2. Gold
3. Silver
 Criteria of Categories

Depending on merit of Personality Test, Personal

Interview, their choice they will be selected for
Platinum, Gold and Silver Category.
 Motive of Mission of Sage Ambassador

1. Creating events, activities and opportunities that help students and community to
utilize SAGE group.
2. Working with Sage Group to promote current verticals, inform the development of
current verticals and curate marketing ideas and campaigns and their implementation.
3. Participating and organizing Conference, Talks, Training, and regularly scheduled
meetings.
4. Spread awareness of SAGE group activities.

5. Curating content for Social Media and connect students of College and
other colleges across India.
6. Conduct activities to engage community in Colleges / University and other
verticals.
7. Collaborate with Tech groups / societies / teams of various colleges.
8. Track, Analyse and Report the growth of Identified programs.

9. Coordinate in Training & Placement activities as Volunteers.

10. Present our Institute in your school via conducting motivational
seminar / Career Counselling for School Juniors.
11. Help as a Volunteer in Office Hour.
12. Work as campus tour guide for visitors.

14. Promotion of Sage Trend via email, sms, and help us in Digital
Marketing activities.

 Evaluation of Achievement

• Evaluation of the Ambassador will be done monthly/

quarterly.
• Weakness in the implementation should be find and removed
in next quarter.
• Annual Achievement should be evaluated for continuation of
the this scheme.
