St. Gabriel Academy: Learning Continuity Plan (LCP)
Gabriel Academy
Messenger of Quality Catholic Education
ESC/FAPE Certified School
Established since 1968
(LCP) Objectives:
1. To develop resilient education systems and will enable us to focus instruction on the most essential and indispensable
competencies.
2. Enhancement and contextualization of the prescribed Most Essential Learning Competencies (MELCs)
Introduction:
St. Gabriel Academy complies with all the Minimum Essential Learning Competencies that assures the student from
Kinder up to Senior High School to obtain true Quality Catholic Education. The institution still delivers its mission to obtain
its vision and will do so while following the safety health standard imposed by the government. Health and safety are still
the highest priority of the institution.
To ensure the learning continuity when emergencies arise that may hinder face-to-face education, distance learning
can be an option for the students to continue their studies. The new normal will surely include a more prevalent use of
technology tools to ensure that learning continues when teachers and students cannot go to school because of the
pandemic. In this type of learning, no one will be left behind. They will be reached in their preferred mode of learning
whether it is online or modular.
