Responsibilities/Deliverables:
Designed an SAP solution to leverage GS1 Healthcare Global Standards to enhance
patient safety and supply chain efficiencies
Utilized GTIN (Global Trade Item Number – formally EAN) to facilitate flow of medical
supplies and device data from point-of-production to point-of-use
Mapped SAP Master data to employ the GS1 Global Data Synchronization Network
(GDSN), to ensuring accurate and consistent data exchange between all supply chain
partners
Evaluated feasibility of using manufacturer barcodes for Automatic Identification and Data
Capture for Healthcare products at all packaging levels to streamline material
management for healthcare providers
Configuration of Vendor Master and Material Master to conform to GS1 Standards
Master Data maintenance and clean up of Vendor Masters and Material Masters
Responsibilities/Deliverables
Member of the SAP planning team responsible for the Project Management and successful
implementation and delivery of SAP, including the FI/CO, MM, SD, & PM modules to over
3000 end-users
Designed and implemented scope change and issue resolution processes to facilitate both the
flow of project communication and decision making for the rollout to department, labs and
centers; SAP HR/Payroll project and Web Services
Special Projects for the Director of Financial System Services including ABC Prioritization,
Project Management Methodology, Project Proposal Process, Issue Tracking and Resolution,
Cost Benefit Analysis and Budgeting
Managed the cross-departmental effort to upgrade the SAP Hardware Infrastructure, including
the implementation of the Storage Area Network
Created presentations that effectively communicated mission critical information to senior
management
Provided SAP Logistics configuration support Central Procurement, Department Labs and
Centers and Facilities. Business processes include the VIP Procurement Card, Purchasing,
Inventory, SAPweb Requisitioning and Internal Service Providers
Developed, designed and supported bar-code solutions for Facilities, Laboratories and the

FASTech: Business Process Redesign (BPR Assessment of the sales, upgrade, bug fix
process to evaluate its ability to meet current and continuing business requirements. Performed a
gap analysis of the information system’s functionality for this fast growing software company
MicroTouch: Strategic Cost Accounting Activity based costing (ABC) and channel structure
analysis to determine the cost of a sale through direct sales, tele-marketing and third party
channels
