Sub: 1st Online Reporting (UG) and Call list

This is to notify that a call list is drawn on the basis of the published GMR for the purpose of the filling of
the seats in connection with UG Admission, 2021. Interested candidates who are listed below, are
requested to report online on 31st August and 1st September, 2021 for participating in the ongoing
admission process. Only the reported candidates will be considered for filling up the seats in the
subsequent admission process strictly based on GMR after successful verification of submitted data
against the uploaded documents. During the reporting process the applicants are required to upload
Academic records, Category certificate (if applicable), photograph and specimen signature in the
admission portal for verification purpose.

The following points may be noted:

 2nd call list for the purpose of Online Reporting may be published if vacancy exists.
 If any candidate who is listed below fails to report, his/her application will not be considered in
the Admission Process further.

Start Date of Online Reporting 31st August, 2021 from 12 noon

End Date of Online Reporting 1st September, 2021

Online reporting link will be available on http://14.139.217.88/puadmission/

The interested candidates are required to do the following steps to complete the online reporting process.

a) Login into the Admission Portal with your user id and Password
b) Upload images of 10th Marksheet, 12th marksheet, Category Certificate (if applicable), PWD
certificate(if applicable), Photo and Signature

The participation in online reporting process does not confirm the selection and admission in the course.
However, such candidates will be considered for preparation of provisional merit list for admission.

If any discrepancy is found during verification regarding the Academic Score (determining the rank) or
identity of the applicant, the candidature of the applicant shall be cancelled and there shall be no
exception in this regard.

Important Notes:
a) Adherence to the time schedule is mandatory and not relaxable.
b) Wrong data may lead to cancellation of Application at any stage and no fee will be refunded in such
case.
c) Upload only legible scan copy of documents.
