Instructions for students for answering the paper

Use Legal size ruled paper, write on one side only
Mention 1) name. 2) roll number, 3) subject and 4) III PCT on the 1st page of the
answer sheet on RIGHT corner only.
Mention only 1) roll number and 2) page number on all other pages in the right
corner only .
Write all the answers as per sequence of the question paper and submit in same
order.
Answer to a new question should be written on a fresh page.
1st page to be used for answering multiple choice questions. Write "SECTION A"
in the centre of line, write serial number 1 to 10 and their answer in ALPHABET i.e.
A. B, C. D
Section B and C in same booklet
Keep the things ready beforehand.

Instructions for students for submission of the paper

Scan the answer sheets serially (can use Camscanner app) into single pdf document
And send it on perio_onlineexams@sdk-dentalcollege.edu.in within half an hour of completion of
examination.

Pdf file should be labeled by name & surname e.g. saurabh.loya Planning of conducting

II. On Tuesday dated 09.06.20 ,question paper will be displayed on College
online platform and link for the same will be sent on final year regular
watsapp group 5-10 mins before 10 am.
