Job Role – The role of an accounts officer is to ensure that all the basic accounting jobs of the company
is maintained. He/She should be able to understand and comprehend the basic accounting process and
procedure
Job Description –
Tally data entry including purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and
preparation of debtors / creditors statements.
Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.
Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz GST calculation,
P.F/ ESI payment
Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, Service Tax, Profession tax.
Payroll processing
Ensure proper vendor interaction and payment follow up from respective channels
Ensure all documentation is in place
Ensure all employee reimbursement is carried on seamlessly
All financial reporting as needed by the management and other administrative work
Petty Cash reconciliation
Schedule preparation for collection
Coordination with the bank regarding bank charges, changes in credit limit, bank insurance
etc
Salary payment , through NEFT
