Job Description – Senior Accounts Department : Finance and Accounts

Job Role – The role of an accounts officer is to ensure that all the basic accounting jobs of the company
is maintained. He/She should be able to understand and comprehend the basic accounting process and
procedure

Job Description –

 Tally data entry including purchase, receipts, payments, bank reconciliation statement, and
preparation of debtors / creditors statements.
 Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payments.
 Thorough with statutory compliance of deducted and collected taxes viz GST calculation,
P.F/ ESI payment
 Knowledge of returns for e-TDS, Service Tax, Profession tax.
 Payroll processing
 Ensure proper vendor interaction and payment follow up from respective channels
 Ensure all documentation is in place
 Ensure all employee reimbursement is carried on seamlessly
 All financial reporting as needed by the management and other administrative work
 Petty Cash reconciliation
 Schedule preparation for collection
 Coordination with the bank regarding bank charges, changes in credit limit, bank insurance
etc
 Salary payment , through NEFT

Required Education – B.com/M.com or MBA Finance

Required Experience – 2 – 4 years in relevant field
