ABSTRACT
TREATMENT OF LAZY EYES ON CHIILDREN AND ADULT

The purpose of this research are: (1) To Become a source of knowledge for readers
and for fother study on the same topics discussed in research papers (2) To informs the public
about what lazy eyes are (3) Have a clear picture of what a lazy eye is
Type of the study in this research is qualitative research because the writer starts
organizing and reporting results of the study using survey study and interview to collect the
data. In this research paper, the writer uses a case study to gain information to be reported.
The writer gains the data from the survey. Analyze the results from the survey then presented
in charts.

The Results of this research are: First, Lazy eye (amblyopia) is reduced vision in one eye
caused by abnormal visual development early in life. The weaker — or lazy — eye often
wanders inward or outward.

Amblyopia generally develops from birth up to age 7 years. It is the leading cause of
decreased vision among children. Rarely, lazy eye affects both eyes.

Early diagnosis and treatment can help prevent long-term problems with your child's vision.
The eye with poorer vision can usually be corrected with glasses or contact lenses, or
patching therapy.
