Job Safety Analysis

PPE’s (Helmet, Shoes, Reflective Vest, Hand


gloves, goggles) to be provided for all those
who are engaged on the work.

Working at height Scaffolding to be provided with bracing, mid


rail, Guard rail, Top rail & Jali to be provided as
Fall hazard per the procedure on a firm base.

Platform with proper access.

Scaffolding to be done by a trained persons


under strict supervision.

Underneath area to be isolated and cleared


from all unwanted materials.

Full body harness with double lanyard to be


provided for those who are working more than
2 mtrs and to be hooked properly at the top.

The ramp or step staging with railing to be


permanently clamped with the structure to
avoid trip hazard and no overlapping on work
platforms.

Ladder will used as an access to the


scaffolding work platform wherever required.

laping the rod as per the length & weight.

Electrician have to use rubber hand gloves


(tested & trade mark) while working/testing on
charged equipments.

Identification boards to be displayed.

All the moving parts to be guarded and no


loose clothing allowed near the
machinery/conveyors.

Un authorised entry to be restricted.

Concrete to be poured on concrete tray and


those who are doing the filling work & those
who are standing on the concrete will be
provided with gumboots and rubber hand
gloves other than mandatory PPE’s.

Person Injury

Skilled and trained carpenters & Fitters will be


deployed for de shuttering work.

PPE’s to be provided for all.(Safety Helmet with


De-shuttering work
Chin Strip, Safety goggles, Safety shoes,
Reflective vest, cotton hand gloves.)

Cut injury/nail bite


Scrap will be shifted to the scrap yard after the
completion of work.

Proper House keeping will be provided for


wood scrap, nails etc. to avoid cut injury/ nail
bite.

Daily tool box talks to be followed & recorded.

Work area should kept neat & clean after the


completion of work.

All the scraps to be to shifted to the specified


scrap area.
House keeping

Trip hazard Remove all the materials used for shuttering


from the work area and shifted to the yard as
soon as the de-shuttering work ends or
properly stacked at the work place for reuse.

Proper illumination to be provided at the work


area as per required or depends on the work.

Working at night
