MOTIVATION LETTER

I am a double-bass player from Venezuela, I left my country with the

objective to improve myself on my musical career, I would like to study
in the Köln Hochschule of music for different reasons, first for the
research to be a better musician, to prepare myself and learn the skills I
need to become a good quality orchestral musician, soloist musician and
a complete teacher in the future. I would like as well to expand my
knowledge with another culture because of the international cultural
cooperation that is in the school, I am also happy to have the possibility
to make new musician friends and to learn another language into the
good vibes of the school.
I had the possibility to know the teacher Detmar Kürig who I contacted
to know more about the school, and he answered me immediately, he is
someone very kind who gave me a great feeling to learn with.
I am also looking forward not only to be good on my musical career but
also to have an integral education for myself to be a better person and
to help others in a future.
I want to be part of the Köln Hochschule because it is a school with an
exceptionally good reputation internationally and I know that I could
achieve to have all the qualities I am looking forward and more. I am
someone very enthusiastic trying to do the best I can, interested to learn
beyond, I really would like to contribute as a student in such a great
school.
