2. Select the Attribute 3. Select one or more values 4. Repeat for other attributes
Note:
Incorta returns results based on
whether the entered value is a valid possible value for the given field.
Search results is not the Filter on the
dashboard data Dashboard - Prompt - Date Apply a Data Filter on a Date attruburte:

2. Select a Date 3. Change the operator to >, <, or between 4. Pick a specific date or a derived date: ● Current Date ● Current (Last) Year Start ● Current (Last) Month Start ● Current Month End ● Year, Quarter, Month, Week, or Day Ago Dashboard - Search Filter Use Search Filter:

If a user has been granted to all
divisions but his or her primary interest is one or few divisions they are directly involved with, they can use Default Bookmark to apply the filters when they come to a given Dashboard page.
Different users can have their own
default bookmarks. You do not need to create different dashboards for different users. Dashboard - Drill within a Chart
Applicable for most of visualizations, such as

In addition to drill within a chart, you
may also be directed to another dashboard if the insight is defined in this way.
When you Drill Down to another
dashboard, the context is passed to the Month Level dashboard as prompt.
In the given example, you can go to a
transaction detail dashboard page to see the list of all transactions for a given date. Dashboard - Send dashboard as emails You can share the dashboard contents with others in email.
You can also send the dashboard to
yourselves in email.
Notes:
● It requires an Email account
configured for Incorta as a sender. ● Your Incorta admin has to set this up for your instance first Dashboard - Schedule You can deliver the dashboard to yourselves or others
You can schedule the
delivery of the dashboard to users or a group of users.
You can also send the

• Optional Runtime Filters can
be temporarily removed and restored through the filter menu to the left of the search box, which contains all the runtime filters for the dashboard. These filters are restored each time the dashboard is opened.
• Mandatory Runtime Filters
appear at the top of the screen with other filters. The user may change the value of a mandatory filter but cannot remove it . Dashboard - Applied Filter
• Applied Filters for a
dashboard are always active and implicitly applied in any Insight created for that dashboard.
• Applied filters are not shown
