These drawings have been prepared from information supplied by others. Please check this information and inform us of
any revisions that may affect our scheme. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify that the design, dimensions,
height/span ranges and appliedloads used are in accordance with site requirements. Your attention is drawn to the general,
product and application notes on the drawings. The placing of an order based on a scheme submitted by RMD Kwikform is
deemed to imply that the customer is satisfied that the technical content of the scheme is in accordance with all
requirements.
These drawings supersede all previous issues, which should no longer be referred to. Working Drawings will be issued
upon receipt of a signed copy of this form or company letter from yourselves, indicating your approval. Where any drawing
is issued bearing the words 'For Approval or For Proposal Purposes only, Not Checked For Erection' RMD Kwikform shall
not be liable to the customer for any loss of whatever nature (whether or not such losses or damage was foreseen, direct,
foreseeable, known or otherwise), including loss of anticipated profits, loss of actual profits (direct or indirect), loss or
consequential loss or damage, however caused ('Losses') or any losses arising as a result of any third party bringing a
claim in respect of any nature whatsoever arising out of the use of such drawing by the Customer.
