1. In line with the improvement of school’s projects and programs, Lorenzo A. Ramos
Elementary School will conduct a meeting regarding the Regular Planning
and Programming of Resources with BAC/SRMT and invited
stakeholders ON February 20, 2021. The meeting will be held via online,
Google meet platform at 9:00 am.

2. This activity aims to:

2.1 To update proper maintenance of the items used in every school’s projects and
programs.
2.2 To ensure a report of items / equipment used in the teaching – learning process.

2.3 To monitor beneficiaries visibility of school’s projects / programs.

Attached herewith are the different working committee to ensure the smooth flow of
the activities to be undertaken.
