MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) is made and entered into Camarines Norte State
College, Daet, Camarines Norte by and between:

“KATHLEEN C. NAZARA, a Filipino, single and legal age, with principal and
office address at Daet, Camarines Norte duly represented the INSTITUTE
OF INTEGRATED ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS INC. CNSC STUDENT
CHAPTER for the purpose, hereinafter referred to as THE ORGANIZATION.”

-AND-

“ENGR. AILEEN S. LLADOC, a Filipino, married and legal age, with principal
and office address at Daet, Camarines Norte duly represented the
Camarines Norte State College, for the purpose, hereinafter referred to as
THE ADVISER.”

WHEREAS, as stipulated on the Camarines Norte State College Student Manual, it states the
Student Organizations as the development of a total person;

A. The Student Organizations is any association, club, fraternity, sorority, order or any
organized group whose active officers and members are students of the college.

WHEREAS, it also states the Faculty Adviser as recommended by the students’ organization
concerned:

A. The Faculty Adviser must be a full-time faculty member of the college, for academically
related organizations, the adviser must be connected with the organizations’ particular
academic area and for non-academically related organizations; the adviser should be
knowledgeable in that particular field.

WHEREAS, the selection of the Faculty Adviser shall be selected among the Faculty of the College,
and by majority approval of the members and officers, where the organization established and
created.

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, THE ORGANIZATION
AND THE ADVISERS, hereby agree on the following:

A. THE ORGANIZATION shall:

a. Automatically, the Student Trustee who shall represent the student body in the CNSC
Board of Trustees.
b. Preside over the regular, special and emergency meetings of the council and
committees.
c. Carry out and implement resolutions, policies and council laws passed and approved
by the Executive Council Officers.
 d. Take overall supervision to the FSC standing committees and appoint the chairman
and its members.
e. Represent the council in his/her official capacity as chairperson in occasions and
events where the council needs his/her representation.
f. Be authorized and countersign all disbursements to be paid by the Finance Officers.
g. Perform such other functions as may be required of him/her by the Assembly.
h. Take active supervision over the properties, interest and business of the FCSC.
i. Create an ad hoc in cases it is deemed necessary.
j. Appoint the Internal Secretary, External Secretary, and General Secretary.
k. Make recommendations, resolutions which recognize and uplifts and motivate student
achievers, student organizations and teaching and non-teaching personnel.
l. Address and take actions in all existing issues and concerns affecting Student’s
welfare.

B. THE ADVISERS shall:

1. Coordinate with the OSSD on any related activities that the office may undertake
2. Monitor and supervise the activities of the council to ensure direction as well as maximum
and prudent utilization of its resources and efforts towards the attainment of its objectives
3. Attend the regular/ special meeting of the council
4. Advise the officer and members pertaining to:
a. Legislation of rules, resolutions and orders of students
b. Planning of activities and projects
c. Acting on proposals, grievnaces, requests and recommendations of the council
5. Guide the council in protecting the safety and welfare of each member
6. Submit accomplishment report to the OSSD every end of semester
7. Perform such other and functions as may be assigned from time to time by the Director of
OSSD

C. DURATION

This AGREEMENT shall take effect right after the undersigned has affix their
signature over their printed name and hold a duration for the Academic Year 2019-2020 and
shall be subjected for renewal and termination and will supersede other agreement upon the
written notice of all parties hereunder signed, provided that ALL PARTIES reserve their
respective rights to withdraw their participation in the agreement.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have signed these presents on this 10th day of
September, 2021 in Municipality of Daet, Province of Camarines Norte, Republic of the Philippines.
