Hello everybody , my name Uyen . I’m from group 1.

Today I’m going to talk


about activities in life . There are two main activities, it is active outdoors and
indoors. Indoor activities is one that takes place under the shade , such as cooking,
make homemade play dough, do yoga, dance , sing.And , outdoors activities is one
that takes place outside the sky, such as walk, rock climbing, camping, go to the
pinic, fishing and many others. But among them, I enjoy outdoor activities because
it give us a heathy life and social skills. At the weekend, I decided to choose one
outdoor activity te rest up and chill out after a long week at school.
Outdoor play keeps we active and provides a means to increase their physical
stamina and fitness, strengthen their muscles and bones, build immunity, lower the
risk of many diseases like diabetes, heart problems, obesity and promote overall
better health. It helps imrove your behavior . Provides a way to get outside and
enjoy your natural surroundings. It make you more confident.
I usually go to outside in the weekend or in our free time. We always go to the
pinic , sometimes organize climbing trip together . So everyboby will be closness
to each other
