I think it is hard to be eliminated in the use of correct English usage from day to day.

The only
way for me in order for it to be totally eliminated is to educate all people in the world on how to use the
proper/standard English. But educating all people can be pretty challenging and it does not mean that all
people can learn proper/standard English totally.

The thing is many people even the uneducated people still use Nonstandard English especially
when they are in a conversation. One solution is to merge Standard English and Nonstandard English
and teach it to school in the early grades of the student and little by little implement the pure Standard
form of English.
