    Dear Ma’am:

    USMian greetings!

    The undersigned is a member of institutionally built organization of which you were


    mandated to govern with. For 2 years, I was able to avail loans bringing to the fact that I
    incurred several financial savings, share capital and any other entitlements encompassed in
    my membership.

    In accord to what have been mentioned, I intend to request from your good office
    the withdrawal of my membership effective today. Thus, I am asking for the release of all
    my savings and entitlements for me to augment my other vital expenditures.

    Extending to you my thanks for accepting me as a member that helped me a lot in


    my finances, making me competent in addressing some sorts of money problem.

    Hoping for your attention on this matter and instantaneous response. Thank you so
    much and more power!
