The details of selected candidate, vacancy, Marks/score of the candidates out of 200 Marks in the Online CBM Examination held on 15.10.2019 & 16.10.2019 are given below. 2. _ Final Merit List has been prepared on the basis of Performance in Computer Based Mode (CBM) Examination for Graduate Level Posts under Phase-Vil/2019/Selection Posts recruitment held on 15.10.2019 & 16.10.2019. 3. Scores in the CBM Examination of those candidates who did not appear for the Document Verification or who did not fulfil all the criteria as per the Notice of Recruitment, have not been considered. 4. The Commission called for hard copies of online applications along with supporting certificates/documents from qualified candidates of CBM Examination in the following ratio in accordance with vacancies of particular category of posts: (i) In the ratio of 1:20 for upto 5 vacancies (subject to the availability of suitable candidates) (ii) In the ratio of 1:10 for more than 5 vacancies for any category posts subject to minimum 100 (subject to the availability of suitable candidates) 5. The Commission vide Notice No.15/2/2018-RHQ (Vol.II) dated 20.01.2020 had decided that all the qualified candidates found clear at the Scrutiny Stage for a particular category of post, will be called for Document Verification (DV). 6. Inthe event of tie in scores of candidates in the Computer Based Examination, such cases have been resolved by applying following criteria, one after another, till the tie is resolved: (i) Total marks in Computer Based Examination. (ti) Marks in Part-A of Computer Based Examination (‘ti Marks in Part-B of Computer Based Examination (iv) Date of Birth, with older candidates placed higher.
