General Guidelines:

1. Write your answers on a clean sheet of bond paper with your name, strand and year level.
Use black ball pen in writing your answers.
Example: RENIEGO, PRINCESS ABEGAIL A.

2. After writing your answers, install the CamScanner application on your smartphone and use
it to capture image/s of your answer sheet/s. If encoded, use Bell MT, Letter 8.5 x 11 and font
size: 10.

3. Send your answers to the LMS activity tab.

4. Your answer sheet should be sent in PDF form (if encoded) and name your file with this format:
SURNAME-FIRST NAME-SUBJECT-STRAND-YEAR LEVEL (all in capitalized letter).

Example: RENIEGO-PRINCESS ABEGAIL-CESC-HUMMS 12

5. Deadline of Learning Activity 1: September 13, 2021 until 8:00 am

6. Late submission will have a corresponding deduction.
