Job purpose:
1. Supervising employees and crew.
2. Preparing tourist information.
3. Finding the best solutions to track the passenger transportation process.
4. Follow up on the reservations of travelers and customers in hotels.
5. Organizing individual and group excursions and tourism programs.
5. Planning, organizing and supervising the business and services of the travel and tourism
company.
6. Supervising the travel tickets sale.
Receive customer complaints and suggestions and act on them

and all other information of interest to the traveler.

Working Conditions:
1. Communicate with clients daily by phone, email or in person.

3. Company rules and strict final decisions must be adhered to with clients, but with a good
dealing.
4. Make decisions without resorting to the supervisor.
Working hours :
The office official working hours start from nine in the morning until seven in the evening
from Saturday to Thursday
Break time from :
Only one hour to take a rest and to eat lunch
Days of Vacation:
On Friday only
Job Duties “ TASK” :
Securing all customer reservations, whether travel by land, sea or air in the
various places that the tourist visits
Job Specification:
A. Qualifications:
Diploma degree / major in Tourism and Archeology or Languages
B. Experience:
1. Proficiency in English and another language, if applicable.
2. Two to three years of experience
3. Work under pressure
4. Knowledge of computer use and Microsoft software
C. Skills :
1. Very strong communication skills.
2. Organizational skills.
3. Good IT skills.
4. Adaptability and constant enthusiasm for work.
5. The ability to persuade people and influence their opinions.
6. Self-assurance.
7. Tact in dealing with others.
8. Office work skills and tolerance of routine work.
9. Enjoy a broad background of countries, their capitals and historical monuments.
