or cheddar

Grain products with artificial phosphorus. Look


• Whole Wheat Bread & Pasta out for:
• Brown Rice • Flavored rice/pasta mixes
• Oatmeal, cream of wheat & grits • Bread/cake/muffin/pancake mixes
Grains • Whole grain cold cereals (bran flakes, • Macaroni & Cheese
cheerios, wheat Chex®) • Commercially made cornbread, muffins and other
baked goods

All fruits & vegetables are naturally low in • Breaded or fried vegetables
