Candidates should ll up the self-declaration given above and bring it to the examination center in advance. Candidate should not
put his / her signature in the box provided for the signature of the candidate under self-declaration (Undertaking), your signature
will be taken in the presence of the inspector.

SAMS will implement social distance measures as per the guidelines of the Government of India / Uttar Pradesh in the current scenario of
Kovid-19 to ensure the health and safety of the candidates. Adequate measures have been implemented to protect everyone without
compromising high standards, purity and impartiality in conducting the examination. Candidates are required to follow the guidelines and
the new procedure for social distance and hygiene to ensure the safety and health of their own and fellow candidates. For security
purposes, SAMS strongly advises candidates not to bring anything other than permitted items.
Center preparation
1. Standard operating procedures are being implemented to implement safety precautions and maintain necessary standards for hygiene.
2. The seating area will be thoroughly cleaned before the examination.
3. The distance between 2 seats will be maintained as per the guidelines.
4. Attempts will be made to provide hand sanitizers to candidates and center staff to use, but they will be urged to bring their own
sanitizer.
5. An attempt will be made to ensure that all procedures are touch-free to ensure social distance norms.
6. Candidates will have to arrive at the center as per reporting / entry time at the center given in the admit card to avoid any congestion at
the center at the time of admission and to maintain social distance.
Pre-exam preparation
1. Candidate should know the reporting / entry time at the center given in the admit card and arrive at the center only according to the
reporting time so that any congestion at the center at the time of admission can be avoided and social distance maintained.
2. Candidate should ll the admit card completely and properly as per instructions.
3. Candidates will be allowed to take only certain items with them to the examination venue:
a) Self declaration (Undertaking) downloaded from SAMS website (clear printout on A4 size paper) with admit card which should
be duly lled .
B) Government-issued ID identity proof
C) two simple transparent ball point pens
d) individual hand sanitizer (50 ml)
e) individual transparent water bottle
At the time of entry
1. Candidates will bring their face mask and wear it at all times during the examination. Make sure the mask ts to cover your nose,
mouth and chin. No face mask will be allowed to enter the center.
2. Candidates must maintain a distance of at least 6 feet from each other at all times. Floor marks will be arranged outside the center,
follow the instructions given by the staff of the center.
3. Candidates will have to wash their hands with soap and clean their hands with hand sanitizer before entering the center. Efforts will be
made to provide hand sanitizers at various locations of the center.
4. The candidate has to bring the duly lled admit card as per the instructions.
5. Candidate will have to bring the identity proof and necessary documents as indicated under points 11 and 13 of the important
instructions for the candidates given on page-2 .
6. Do not bring prohibited items to the examination center as there is no system available to keep your belongings safe. Please refer to
point-11 of important instructions for candidates given on page-2 for permitted items .
7. At the time of admission, lled undertaking on the admit card, and body temperature (using thermo guns) will be checked and the
center staff will guide you to the respective room / hall. Candidates are required to strictly follow the instructions provided by the
employees of the center.
8. Candidates with fever, cough and cold symptoms will be asked to undergo rapid antigen test (it will be arranged at all centers) before
the examination. Candidates whose report will be positive will be debarred from taking the exam as per the signed declaration while
downloading the e-admit card.
9. Please note that no candidate will be prohibited from appearing in the examination. However, if a candidate violates the Central / State
Government's COVID-19 instructions / advice and instructions mentioned in the admit card applicable on the day of examination, then
such a candidate may be denied the examination.
