INSPECTION & INVESTIGATION

• To check car part Fitment, Functional (Interior & Exterior ) and Visual check in light
Booth and sunlight review as standard electrical inspection
• Analyze the Trim & chassis Quality issue results
• Checked car for dents, dirt in paint and also gaps in the car. Trunk, doors, hood etc
• To check Engine Compartment and Underbody Chassis Inspections
Coordinate processing of all rejections, scrap and reworks of all parts.
• Part of a pre delivery inspection, the engine is checked over for tightness and leakages. Any
simple adjustments can be made, and any simple defects can be rectified.
• A pre-delivery inspection ensures that any work that has to be done on the vehicle is carried out
prior to the vehicle reaching the customer.
