SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, NORMAN TINAPAY CAHAYAGAN, of legal age, Filipino,

single, with Permanent Address at ______________________, Mandaue City, Cebu,
do hereby name, appoint and constitute Mr. MARVIN TINAPAY CAHAYAGAN,
likewise of legal age, single and presently residing at __________________, _______,
_____, Philippines as my true and lawful attorney, for me and in my name, place, and
stead for my own use and benefit, to do any or all of the following acts and things to
wit:

1. To negotiate, agree on the purchase price of, buy and purchase a

portion of a parcel of land situated at Villaloan, Calubian, Leyte, Philippines, owned
by Zosimo Borinaga Castin covered by TCT No. TL -3958.

2. To execute and sign the contract to buy or deed of sale and/or

conveyance of the above property and other pertinent documents;

3. To pay the full payment of the property, taxes, and fees relative to
the transfer of ownership on the property in my name; and

4. To work on, facilitate, and follow-up the transfer of ownership

over the said Property in my name before the proper government agencies and to
demand, claim and receive the owner’s duplicate copy of the title and tax
declaration of the property in my name covering the aforesaid property from the
Registry of Deeds. Whereby giving and granting unto said attorney, full power and
authority to perform each and every act and thing whatsoever requisite or necessary
to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might
or could do if personally present and acting, and hereby ratifying and confirming all
that my said attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done and virtue of these
presents.
