Guidelines for assignment:

1. Please mention the group number, PRN, and name of the students opting which
company to me by EOD in same file.
2. Assignment should be in your own words, it will be check for plagiarism, if the
similarity index will be more than 10 percent group will get zero marks.
3. No plag removal tool or paraphrasing tool to be used, if found so zero marks will be
given.
4. Length of the assignment should be minimum 1000 words.
5. No image is allowed, can make a table to show the different accounting practices
along with their explanation with example from real world.
6. Mention the name of the country as the title of the assignment, and save your file also
with country name only.
7. Mention the name of the companies referred along with their websites.
8. Mention the name of the company law or act of that country.
9. Make a short note of 250 words on the company law or act of that country apart from
the assignment and add it in starting just after companies’ name.
10. Minimum of five companies from each country should be used for example, read their
annual reports and then prepare assignment.

Important Note: Whatever source you are using mention that in detail
Website: web address or link, any law, any company’s annual report. Mention the source
with each and every practice, you can also refer research papers. Research papers and
reports should be shown in APA format of references.
