Quality Measurement

It is the fact that quality is hardly measurable. This is due to the logic that there is no way to

measure the quality accurately. All we could do is measure it roughly through few tools such as

customer satisfaction survey or count defective product etc. The accuracy is always a doubt in

measuring the quality. “Counting defects is the simplest way to measure quality, but certainly is

not the most accurate”.
