UNCRC: 

United Nations Convention On The Rights Of The Child (UNCRC) is a legally


binding international agreement setting out the Civic, Political, Economic, Social and
Cultural rights of every child regardless of their race, religion or abilities

STANDARD OF LIVING

Child right 27 assures children and young adults the minimum standard of living. Standard of
living includes having access to proper shelter, food, and clothing.

Getting the opportunity to be in a safe environment and good nutrition ensures the children
reach their full potential socially, mentally, physically, spiritually and morally.

The responsibility to provide the required conditions for children's development lies with
their parents, within their financial capabilities.
Recovery of maintenance is also expected to be looked after by government bodies.
However, this is also challenged if the denial of responsibility from the parents or guardians.
It also involves if the parent or guardian lives in a state different from that of the child.

RIGHT TO EDUCATION

The right ensures every child's education is a legal right without discrimination.
Discrimination includes the basis of gender, race, or any form of disability or impairment; if
they are in detention or a refugee.
Article 28 guarantees the following:
i. Primary education free and compulsory for every child or young people
ii. The accessibility and availability of a progressive secondary education that is free
for all
iii. Higher education based on potential.
The right also sets out some duties that the government shall obey.

 The state should make necessary arrangements regarding school attendance and
discipline.

 The state should strive to decrease the number of dropouts.

The state should ensure that the children are not humiliated by teachers in public. They are
not using violence against young parties.
It should also take care that their teachers or classmates do not bully children.
